MODE D’EMPLOI
Apply the gel twice a day on the area concerned. 
Rub in gently including brushing the coat backwards to facilitate penetration. 
For a prolonged application, soak a clean cotton ball with the product and place it under a rest band. 
Use before and after exercise. 
External use. 
Does not contain any doping substance. For a fortified muscle, use Muscle Eze as a supplement.
